deeptokyo's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- no more oxygen to breathe Long time no talk. Well it seems we have a classic Nor'easter ripping apart New England at the moment. It's pretty gross out, lots o wind and rain. The only fun part about being outside is watching everyone elses umbrella flip inside out. I'm so glad I didn't bring one, I'd rather get soaking wet then carry an umbrella around all day. No thanks. So it seems that there isn't enough oxygen at UMASS today, I see everyone yawning. And so then I start to yawn and then someone else does and its a vicious cycle. I swear I've yawned like 18 times already. Worst news I've heard this week: a friend had to cut off her dreads since her roommate, who teaches kindergarden, brought lice home with her. Sucky huh? those little combs don't work if you have dreadlocks, nothing to do but cut em off. boo! Well, last week I didn't go to my sociology class because I thought I did my whole feminist paper wrong so I went home. Well, now I don't know if I have a midterm today. We have a midterm but there is no date in the syllabus and my teacher doesn't have email so I couldn't ask him and this week is midterms week. So, I could be walking into a test and I don't even know it, how much does that suck? I know I know I couldve probably found out but seriously, I couldn't. I haven't seen anybody from that class (meaning the 5 people that sit around me) and it's a big lecture hall so I don't know what anybody looks like in that class. I could be sitting next to a person right now but darned if I know. Okay, I'm gonna go read and hope I don't have a midterm in an hour. Maybe the osmosis thing will kick in and I'll be fine.
